Where are you located?
We are located in the Lanaudière region at 144 Notre Dame in Repentigny.
What are your opening hours?
Our in-store opening hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 AM to 6 PM, Thursday and Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Please note that we are closed on Monday.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Canada.

What are your payment options?
We accept all credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.) as well as Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit.
We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay.
The item I want is out of stock. What should I do?
You can sign up for our newsletter, contact us, or click on "notify me" to be the first to know when the item is available again.
Do you accept large quantity orders?
Yes, we accept large quantity orders. You can send us a detailed email at info@eviadistribution.com.
How long does it take to get a refund?
When we process a refund, it is done instantly. However, it may take between 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
A receipt will be automatically sent to you from our end regarding the refund.

RETURN POLICY
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase or the order number.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damaged products and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. They are final sale.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
