Essential Oils & Fragrances: up to 2% maximum of the formula.

Cosmetic Active Ingredients (water-soluble or oil-soluble): up to 3% maximum

Vegetable Oils (carrier oils): 1 to 3% recommended. The more oils you add, the more the texture and stability of the base will be altered.

Recommended Total Additions (fragrances + active ingredients + oils): do not exceed 7% to preserve the stability and effectiveness of the preservative system.
